After transitioning from chemically treated hair back to my natural afro, kinky, curly hair. I went through different products trying to find a product that worked with my new hair texture, kept it moisturised, conditioned, and helped it to grow.

I desperately wanted to use natural products on my hair and my skin as I became more concerned that what I used soaked into my body.

Unfortunately, my search led to expensive products that contained a variety of ingredients, many of which I didn’t know what they were, and could not even pronounce.

I decided to make my own products; I whipped up a little shea, and the journey began. I began whipping up products and giving them as Christmas presents for family and friends, they loved them and Be Nurtured by Nature was born.

Be Nurtured by Nature’s products use natural ingredients and are triple whipped to create a lovely light but rich consistency. I infuse all products with essential oils to further enhance the raw butters natural properties. All products are not tested on animals and are Petrolatum, Phthalate and Paraben-free.
